- Conducted commercial pricing and procurement diagnostic for a metals company to develop a roadmap to achieve ~$30M EBITDA uplift.

- Supported a large capital project diagnostic for a ~$2B steel decarbonization project; identified opportunities to reduce schedule and cost risks.
- Conducted org and op model transformation for a ~$7B multi-BU industrial goods company, focused on reducing SG&A costs by ~$40M through a leaner, more effective org structure.

- Contributed to the modernization of a State Medicaid Agency's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Core Modular Solution procurement.
