- Launched Transformation Management Office (TMO) for a major maritime defense company to drive ~$50M in annual EBITDA improvement; established President's roundtable with north-star performance scorecard.
- Coordinated executive briefings for the President of a major U.S. shipyard, including running weekly transformation updates for senior leadership and developing quarterly Board of Director materials.
- Led throughput acceleration & operations improvement for a major U.S. defense contractor, yielding a 25–30% throughput improvement by developing and deploying a construction operating system (plan-of-week tool, enterprise-wide dashboards, materials war room).
- Developed a roadmap to achieve ~$250M in cost savings for a major U.S. defense contractor by addressing labor and indirect procurement costs; identified ~$25M in "quick wins" to fund the broader initiative.
- Conducted commercial pricing and procurement diagnostic for a metals company to develop a roadmap to achieve ~$30M EBITDA uplift.
- Conducted return-on-investment analysis on next-generation digital investments by a major U.S. defense contractor.
- Designed an internal proposal excellence operating system to support BCG business development; built a reporting dashboard to track win/loss metrics across key accounts.

- Designed a manufacturing strategy and stood up a PMO for a major U.S. defense contractor; developed a 5-year, $500M capital investment plan to address capacity constraints.
- Supported a large capital project diagnostic for a ~$2B steel decarbonization project; identified opportunities to reduce schedule and cost risks.
- Conducted org and op model transformation for a ~$7B multi-BU industrial goods company, focused on reducing SG&A costs by ~$40M through a leaner, more effective org structure.

- Supported a State Medicaid Agency's Office of Program Integrity Fraud, Waste, and Abuse procurement; worked with a cross-functional team to publish an RFP, develop vendor responses, and prepare evaluation training materials.
- Provided ongoing support to a State Medicaid Agency's Managed Care Organization re-procurement and Readiness Review.
- Contributed to the modernization of a State Medicaid Agency's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Core Modular Solution procurement.
